The Historical Society’s bake sale held at the primary voting polls on Tuesday, January 16 was a resounding success, with all items sold before the polls closed!
The Society is grateful to everyone who bought goods and made extra donations to the cause. And, of course, especially crucial to the effort were the many bakers who so generously provided the delicious array of items – Cowboy Cookies, baked beans, and pumpkin bread made from fresh pumpkins to name just a few things!
The bake sale on voting day is a tradition and an important source of income for the Society. It’s a pleasure to see so many of our friends and neighbors and to recognize their support of the Society’s mission. Thanks to everyone who participated!
